Data and decisions — examples
Each example is a real job, built and run on Madoo. The pattern is always the same, and it is the point of this section: the AI writes and imagines, the deterministic nodes read, compute, check and decide — which data is used, what a number is, whether a result may go on, and which branch is worth paying for. Every example shows its results and its real cost, explains its nodes, and installs into your workspace with an API key.
| Example | What it shows | Credits per run |
|---|---|---|
| D01 — Shop catalog from a price list | An Excel price list becomes a Shopify import file: AI copy held to the shop’s limits by a schema, a generated photo per piece, prices with VAT, nothing paid for pieces out of stock | ≈20–35 |
| D02 — Hotel photos to social clips, screened first | A photo shoot as a bundle; a free measurement and a cheap AI verdict held to a schema in front of an expensive video model, which runs only for the photos worth it; every photo accounted for | ≈100 |
| D03 — The audio guide in the visitor’s language | Five languages offered, one paid for: the visitor’s choice normalised with a fallback, a branch per language routed by Predicate and Filter, AI narration and voice only in the chosen one, Select by Key to rejoin | ≈3 |
| D04 — A flower order, priced, confirmed and painted | A web order priced by rules — line totals, a fee per zone free from 80 €, an optional coupon — every amount and date written in the customer’s language, an AI confirmation that copies them, and for gifts only a watercolour card of the bouquet ordered with the customer’s message in handwriting | ≈5 with a card, ≈0.02 without |
| D05 — A supplier’s feed to a clean catalog | A German CSV feed checked row by row by a JSON Schema: valid rows listed with a rule-based retail price and AI copy, rejected rows sent back as a corrections file and a ready-to-send email with the line, the value sent and what is expected | ≈0.15 |
